Seller’s Promotion From Williamstown Seller

*This is a promotion offered by the seller and is in no way, shape or form offered by Tara Molina Real Estate or RE/MAX Real Estate (Central).*


BUYER: Seller will pay 1 year of condo fees (total $3180)

*The 12 month condo fee payment will be paid to the buyer as a lump-sum payment at their successful closing of 606, 280 Williamstown Cl NW and based on the August 1, 2017 condo fee of $265/month. The lump-sum payout will total $3180.00 and be paid as a one-time payment to the buyer by the seller on the closing date.

REALTOR®: The REALTOR® representing the Buyer who submitted the offer during the promotional period, and was able to successfully close on the purchase of 606, 280 Williamstown Cl NW, will receive a lump-sum bonus of $1000 that will be directly paid to the REALTOR from the seller at closing.


This promotion is open to members of the public and you must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible.


By participating in this promotion, you grant the seller permission to collect your information for contractual purposes, except where prohibited by law.


The promotion begins on September 13, 2017 at 12:00pm. All offers must be received on or before the time stated. The seller reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion at their sole discretion.


Have your REALTOR® submit your offer in writing to Tara Molina for the purchase of 606, 280 Williamstown Cl NW, Airdrie Alberta within the promotion period. The successful buyer and REALTOR® representative that submitted the offer within the promotional period will receive the promotional offer at time of closing.


By submitting your offer, you agree: (a) to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the seller, (b) to release and hold harmless the seller, Tara Molina Real Estate, RE/MAX Real Estate (central), and their respective directors, officers, and employees, from any and all liability for claims/damages including, but not limited to, claims/damages for personal injury, for property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the promotion or participation in the promotion; (c) to permit the seller to use his/her name, address, city, province, of residence, for contractual purposes and (d) the winner agrees to sign a Declaration and Release Form to this effect.

The seller reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this promotion, at its sole discretion, in the event of a technical failure, computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other occurrence or cause beyond its control that corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness or normal operation of the promotion.

Under no circumstances will the seller be required to award more promotion than what is indicated in these Rules or award the promotion other than in accordance with these Rules.

The promotion is subject to all Federal, Provincial and local laws, as well as the rules adopted in view of said laws. The personal information provided to enter the promotion will be used only to administer the promotion, and for no other reason.
